Mosaic Apartment Project Kicks-Off

We are pleased to report that construction on the six building, 81-unit apartment complex called Mosaic of Auburn Hills is now underway.  The $9 million project is located at the southeast corner of Baldwin and Collier Roads.

The apartment units are anticipated to rent at a price range between $1,100 and $1,400 per month.  Each unit will have a one-car garage.

Weather permitting, the developer intends to start construction on the first building within the month.  Each building will take eight to nine months to complete.  He anticipates all the underground utility work and streets will be installed and three buildings will be built by the end of the year.   The entire project is scheduled to be finished by summer 2017.
