In late 2015, Mother Nature had cooperated with construction schedules.  Unseasonably warm temperatures in December gave contractors extra time to button-up buildings before real winter temperatures set in.

These aerial photos of 4280 N. Atlantic show progress on the new 75,050 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility for Korean-based Shield Material Handling.

The structural steel and roof is complete and HVAC units have been set.  The exterior skin is progressing, with masonry and siding installations along the perimeter of the building underway.  With paving and landscaping scheduled to begin in mid-April, Contractor Cunningham-Limp is on track for building completion in early to mid-June this year.
