If you happened to drive down Pontiac Road, just west of Opdyke Road, the last couple days you may have noticed some heavy equipment moving dirt around.  Well, that activity is good news for anyone interested in opening a small or medium size business in Auburn Hills.

The site is being prepared for the construction of two 8,000 sq. ft. and one 10,000 sq. ft. light industrial buildings.  Each 8,000 square foot building will have approximately 6,760 square feet of shop area and 1,240 square feet of office space, while the 10,000 square foot building will consist of 8,260 square feet of shop area and 1,740 square feet of office space.

Completion is expected to take place sometime in the fall/winter of this year.  We look forward to the day the buildings are occupied with new and growing businesses.
