Last week, we officially celebrated the Auburn Hills location of the Alliance of Coalitions for Healthy Communities (ACHC).  The mission of the ACHC is to strengthen collaboration among community partners and mobilize community wide efforts to promote a healthier Oakland County through prevention, recovery and support.  Their new office can be found at 895 North Opdyke Road, Suite D.

Behavioral health is increasingly recognized as critical to overall health.  This includes freedom from harmful alcohol and drug use, and strengthening of emotional and social well-being. The Coalition’s strategies seek to support communities in these areas. We are thankful that this wonderful resource exists in our community.

We applaud the efforts of the ACHC and Oakland County for their commitment to the well-being of individuals and family members.
