The City of Auburn Hills has partnered with Oakland University to create and distribute two separate community governance surveys. The surveys are designed to gather and assess information regarding the City’s effectiveness in delivering various municipal services. One survey will be directed to the residents of Auburn Hills and the second to the business community in Auburn Hills. The surveys will be sent to residents randomly selected from our current list of registered voters. Businesses will also be selected at random, with an appropriate sampling of small and mid-level business, as well as, the large international business sector.
We are asking for your feedback on things such as service delivery, infrastructure condition, tax-service mix, community events and the overall quality of life and business environment in Auburn Hills. City Council and the municipal staff in Auburn Hills take our governance responsibilities very seriously. We strive to provide exceptional, cost effective public service and the feedback provided by these surveys will be used to make sure we are meeting your expectations. The surveys should begin arriving by mail within the next few days. Each survey takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes to complete and all answers are confidential. We would like to sincerely thank you in advance for your assistance. Results from the survey will be available this summer.
