In less than a week on Tuesday, August 2nd, The City of Auburn Hills will host a National Night Out celebration on its Auburn Hills City Campus. This year’s theme is all about protecting yourself and your family from identity theft. Starting at 6:00 PM, come to the Community Center for delicious food, live entertainment, raffles, and you can get energized in the bounce house, too. New this year is our cool selfie station, come on by and post your best NNO smile on Facebook and Twitter using hashtag #NNO @ahpolice.
Building on the theme of identity theft, Shred Legal will be on campus with their industrial shredding truck. Stop by with any sensitive documents you no longer need to safely dispose of them with Shred Legal. Yes, an officer will be standing by for added security of your documents.
Please plan ahead! August 2nd is also Michigan’s Primary Election and Auburn Hills’ residents will be voting on a Fire Millage. Parking will be limited, but friendly officers and volunteers will be able to guide you in the right direction and get you pointed towards all of the fun that is National Night Out.
