We continue reporting to you the results of our citizen survey. 

Question:  Have you had contact with any of these City departments in the past 12 months, and if yes, how would you rate it/them? 

The answers could include Very Satisfied, Satisfied, Uncertain, Dissatisfied or Very Dissatisfied.  It is reasonable to assume that those who answered “uncertain” did so because some departments have very limited direct regular public contact and the respondent has not interacted with that department.  We do not see the “uncertain” answer as a negative answer.    

We are providing the results using three numbers.  First, we will share with you the total percentage of respondents who answered Very Satisfied or Satisfied (combined);  Uncertain; and then the total number of respondents who stated that they were either Dissatisfied or Very Dissatisfied (combined).  Anyone interested in the more specific breakdown is welcome to request an electronic copy of the results of the survey in its entirety. 

(Total results may vary from 99-101% due to respondents choice to select more than one answer.)
