An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills by the Moceri Companies to construct the third and final phase of their Parkways development.  Blossom Park, a senior living community, is proposed at the northwest corner of Adams Road and Parkways Boulevard.

The three-story, 160-unit building will feature one and two bedroom independent living apartments and studio suites for assisted living.

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.  A final decision on the application is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, August 22nd.
