Construction on the new Pontiac Road Industrial North industrial park is heading into the home stretch.  The development, with three buildings currently under construction and room for two additional future buildings, is planned to accommodate light-industrial tenants.

Asphalt work on site will be complete within the next three weeks – before the chilly weather really sets in.

The first 8,000 sq. ft. building is almost ready for final interior finishes and will house a new tenant – a new company to Auburn Hills, by mid-November.  The second building at 10,000 sq. ft. will be complete in December and the third, pictured above, will be complete in January.  Buildings can be split to accommodate smaller businesses if needed and interiors will be built to suit individual tenant needs.
