Site work started this week on the new $25 million Five Points of Auburn Hills luxury apartment complex.  Located on Five Points Drive between University and Squirrel Roads, the development is planned for six, three-story buildings.

There will be 178 residences in all, with access to a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and park areas.

Beztak Land Company has kicked off the project with a focus on the first two buildings.  Within approximately three weeks, footings and slabs will be complete with anticipated underground work following.  Their goal is to get the floors poured before cold weather sets in so that framing can continue through the winter.
