We are pleased to announce that construction has started on the first of 88 detached single-family homes within the active adult community know as Villa Montclair.  With the clubhouse nearly complete, they have started pouring foundations for the first group of houses.

Located on the west side of North Squirrel Road, between Dutton and Tienken Roads, this age-friendly community offers ranch style homes with wider doorways, adequate maneuvering space in the kitchen and bathrooms, switches and handles that are easy to reach and operate, slide-out shelving, and main floor master bedrooms.

Residents of Villa Montclair will have access to a clubhouse, swimming pool, walking trails and a community garden.  The development’s network of tree-lined sidewalks also provides three connections to the city’s pathway system located along North Squirrel Road.
