The opening of the new Starbuck’s Coffee at University and Squirrel Road is just around the corner and there has been growing interest in who will occupy the other tenant spaces in the Auburn Hills Marketplace.  We are pleased to announce that…drumroll, please…Jersey Mike’s Subs, Blaze Pizza, 2941 Mediterranean Street Food and AT&T will join Starbucks.  Here’s what customers can look forward to.

Jersey Mike’s Subs, which started back in 1956 in New Jersey, is known for authentic tasting sub sandwiches made with high-quality ingredients and fresh-baked bread.  Hungry residents, employees and students alike can soon get a taste.

Blaze Pizza uses fresh ingredients to build pizzas from scratch as you call out your ingredients.  With a blazing hot oven, the pizza is ready In 180 seconds.

For heart-healthy food, check out 2941 Mediterranean Street Food.  This modern, fast, casual restaurant offers a wide variety of flavorful street food from the Mediterranean region.  Their fresh, locally sourced food is never frozen and is free of GMO, MSG, and Trans fats.  They also offer Gluten Free options.

The final tenant is AT&T.  With the rapid pace that mobile communication changes each year it’s good to have an industry leader close by to guide you through the maze of options.
