The Delphi Building Is Alive Again!

It’s good to see the Delphi Building alive and thriving again.  The 4-story, 487,797 square foot facility has not been fully utilized in over a decade.

Workers are preparing the 4th floor and half of the 3rd floor of the building, located at 3000 University Drive, for 800 employees from DXC Technology.  The new employees are expected to arrive the first week of January 2018.  DXC is a spinoff of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and is touted as the world’s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company.

As reported in October, a final undisclosed tenant is expected to join Brose, Delphi, and DXC in the building sometime in Spring 2018.  It’s estimated that between 1,500-1,600 people will work at the facility once fully occupied.
