Winter Weather Won’t Slow INCOE

We’re pleased to report that construction is moving along nicely on INCOE Corporation’s new $20 million World Headquarters building at 2850 High Meadow Circle.  INCOE, a company born and raised by the Seres family, has been developing hot runner technology for the plastics industry since 1958.  The company will consolidate three of its metro Detroit area locations into this new, larger space in the Oakland Technology Park.

The steel structure is 100% complete.  Masonry on the office area of the building (currently hidden under visqueen sheeting to help keep the building toasty) is scheduled for completion by the end of next week.  Window installation will follow about five weeks later, just before the shop area will be enclosed and the floor poured.

Construction will continue through the chilly winter months as the building is slated for completion in early August.  Check back in the Spring for another peek at the progress on INCOE’s exciting new home.
