It’s no secret that Auburn Hills enjoys the designation of being an international business community. With companies located here from 32 countries, we are global in our reach.
On Monday, September 9, we were honored to co-host along with our colleagues at the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce, a delegation of individuals from India. Many of them owned or represented the ownership of businesses from their country. Everyone in the room had an opportunity to talk about their role and to share their interest in creating global partnerships. Representatives from the City of Auburn Hills discussed the advantages of locating and investing in Auburn Hills.

Our friends in attendance from Oakland County spoke of the success the county has also enjoyed as an international business location, discussing the ability to provide a skilled workforce to address the future of mobility among the many other sectors supported in Oakland County. Representatives from Mahindra also attended, as Mahindra is one of the largest companies operating in India with a significant presence here in Auburn Hills. It was a great day to meet those in attendance and to have the opportunity to share our cultures as well as our interest in possible business ventures.
