If you visit Riverside Park in Downtown Auburn Hills, you will be sure to notice that construction on the adjacent Riverside Townes project has started up again.  The development consists of three townhouse-style buildings totaling 14 condominium units.  All the units will be owner-occupied.

The first three-unit building along Squirrel Court has been completed and the construction of the seven-unit building along the Clinton River is underway. 

The footings for the final four-unit building located along Squirrel Court have been completed and rough framing will start sometime this summer.  The final building is anticipated to be ready for occupancy by end of the year.

As of today, eight of the fourteen condominium units are still available for sale: three units along the Clinton River and five units along Squirrel Court (including the model).
