Holiday Giving Tree with Neighborhood House

The weather is getting colder, and the seasons are changing, which means it’s time to get into the holiday spirit. The local nonprofit organization, Neighborhood House, is getting in the holiday spirit by kicking off their 2021 Neighborhood House Giving Tree program. Each year, the Neighborhood House Giving Tree program provides gifts for over 500 local children from low-income families in the greater Rochester/Auburn Hills area. The program provides each child with new pajamas, a hooded sweatshirt, two $25-range gifts, stocking stuffers, a book, a hat, and mittens!

How can you participate? The City of Auburn Hills City Hall will serve as a gift collection site for donations in the front lobby. Anybody interested in donating to children in the area from the wish list below, can drop off a donation between Wednesday, November 3rd and Tuesday, December 7th. The Auburn Hills City Hall and City Manager’s Office are located at 1827 N. Squirrel Road in Auburn Hills, Michigan and is open between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
