We’re pleased to report that Moceri Companies has submitted a development application to the City of Auburn Hills to construct 50 townhouse-style units in the final phase of the Parkways of Auburn Hills development located at the northwest corner of Adams Road and Parkways Boulevard.

The project will consist of five townhouse-style apartment buildings totaling 32 units and three townhouse-style condominium buildings totaling 18 units. Of the 50 units, 42 units are designed as two-story units, and eight units will offer single-floor living. The proposal would be constructed in place of the 160-unit congregate care facility previously approved for the site almost six years ago.

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 8th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the application is anticipated by the City Council on Monday, June 20th.
If approved by the City Council, the project’s construction is expected to begin this summer.
