An “Oasis” on Opdyke Coming Soon

The Oasis Restaurant & Delivery plans to soon open a new 3,400 sq. ft. restaurant within the BP Gas Station shopping center located at the northwest corner of Opdyke and Pontiac Roads.  It will be the Toledo-based company’s first Michigan location.

The Oasis Restaurant & Delivery will combine and occupy the southern three units of the shopping center.

The restaurant chain is growing and is expected to gain popularity in the Metro Detroit region in the upcoming years due to their catering and delivery service.  Their motto is that they will help you “Eat, Drink and Be Social without ever leaving home!”

With over 500 items available on their menu, they will deliver and cater everything you can possibly imagine such as pizza, burgers, sandwiches, ribs, pasta, seafood, tex-mex, mediterranean, gyros, soups, salads … and even ice cream.   It’s all freshly made and cooked fast in their 2,000 sq. ft. kitchen.

Owner, Mo Dari, informed us that they chose to open a restaurant in the City of Auburn Hills due to their blossoming relationship with Chrysler Group LLC.   They do a lot of catering for the Toledo Jeep Assembly Plant and were encouraged to set up shop here to provide lunch delivery for Chrysler’s World Headquarters and Technical Center and surrounding businesses.

The Oasis anticipates opening to the public by March 1st.  You bet that I’m eyeing their Hummus Veggie Wrap along with a Pineapple Paradise smoothie.  Just saying.

Stay tuned for more news to come on their Grand Opening.
