Those of you who might have been disappointed to see Johnny Rockets close in Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, do I have news for you! There’s a new burger joint coming to Auburn Hills, and this one is going to be a hit.  No, make that a BIG hit.  Famous Hamburgers, a relatively new restaurant chain specializing in craft burgers, will be moving into the tenant space once occupied by Johnny Rockets. 

As you would expect, their hand-crafted gourmet beef patties are cooked to order using prime cuts of beef that is 100% fresh. Some of the more unique burgers on the menu include the Habanero Inferno Burger, the California Avocado Burger, the Fried Egg Burger, and the Falafel Burger. Customers will have a choice to have their burger placed on a brioche bun, gluten-free bun, pretzel bun, or low-carb lettuce bun.

You will be able to pair up your craft burger with their regular fries, waffle fries, onion rings, tater tots or sweet potato waffle fries. You also have the option to top your fries with chili and cheese.

For those looking for something a little more healthy to eat, their menu includes five different salads and five varieties of wraps. Kids should also be pleased to see crispy chicken nuggets, and mac and cheese are on the menu.

To top all that off, you’ll need something to drink with your burger and what better way to do that than with one of their craft shakes or malts.  You can go with one of the classics; vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or mint chip, Or with one of their famous freezers like Nutella, Snickers, M&M, Oreo, or Reese’s.

If all goes according to plan Famous Hamburgers should be open by the end of March.
